During candidate progression in recruitment, tasks for individual actions are recorded. You can find these tasks in the Checklist section under the recruitment flow.
How do checklists work?
- The checklist records when and in which phase a given task was completed and who completed it. Recording an action is done by clicking the mouse on the circle on the left.
- Each phase of the recruitment process may or may not have its own checklist, meaning there can be phases without their own checklist.
- As you move through the recruitment process, checklists accumulate - meaning tasks from the previous phase are displayed in the following flow and new checklists from the current flow are added to them.
Each checklist item can have several states:
- If a task is waiting to be completed in a given flow phase, it is marked in blue.
- If a task was not completed in the phases for which it was defined, it will appear as "red". You can still complete it, but the red color indicates that it was completed after the deadline.
- A task completed on time will turn gray and be marked with a "checkmark".
- It is also possible to click twice on the circle of a given task and mark the task as incomplete (marked with an "X").
- If you mark (or unmark) one task repeatedly, the last change is always recorded.
- When you hover over the information icon under a task, you will be able to find out which status the task needs to be completed by.
If the candidate processes themselves through the career center, some tasks will be automatically completed by the recruitment center.
