The SLA traffic light shows the number of candidates who are processed within optimal time, outside of it, and those who are in critical time and have not yet been processed. The number of candidates in each time category is displayed in the upper right corner.
By clicking on individual numbers, you will be taken to the candidate database, where candidates matching the processing time you clicked on will be filtered. The candidate icon will also be colored according to the processing time.
After moving forward in the recruitment process or rejection, the notification will no longer be displayed and the candidate icon will be uncolored. The number in the traffic light will also change according to the current number of candidates in the given time.
Effectively manage tasks in the recruitment process and maintain an overview of their completion within a single status in the flow.
The candidate card records actions with the candidate. Progress in recruitment, Interview scheduling, Task control (Checklist), and Action history.
