Communication on the Candidate Card

Candidate on Multiple Positions

If a candidate is registered for multiple positions, this is recorded on the candidate card. One tab per position. At the same time, they can be active on one position and rejected on another.

The history is recorded in the Activity feed and relates to the candidate - so information from all positions linked to the candidate is mixed here.

Moving a Candidate to Another Position

You can move a candidate across different positions, but keep in mind that after the move, the candidate will return to the beginning of the flow.

The History record and notes in the Activity feed remain recorded. Similarly, data in the personal questionnaire also remains.

It is therefore up to the HR specialist where to move the candidate in the flow (according to the record in History).

Tags

Tags are used to mark a candidate for future searching.

Working with Tags in the Candidate Database

Tags are used to filter candidates in the database. Simply select the parameters by which you want to filter.

In the talent database, click on Tags in the column on the left side, then define the search and select the display option.

Thanks to the ability to organize tags into categories and set icons and colors, you can create a clear environment where you will enter tags intuitively.

In addition to tags with skills, for example, it is also possible to add "status" tags (e.g., when to do what, when to call whom, etc.)

Tagging candidates in the talent database can also be done in bulk, so you can de facto save search results under a specific tag.
