To easily find the candidate you are looking for, simply enter their name in the search field in the center of the navigation bar. The candidate is displayed only with their full name and the first letter of their surname. If two candidates have the same initials, the system allows us to distinguish them by displaying the date of birth in parentheses after the name.
In our database, you can easily search for candidates by clicking on the "Candidates" tab in the navigation bar. For better clarity, you can further filter candidates using various parameters in the left side panel.
If you want to find out which candidates belong only to you, you can use the "Candidate ownership" filter. This gives you a complete overview of candidates under your management.
If you need to process candidates who have been waiting in the process for a long time, we have the SLA filter for you. Using this filter, you can quickly identify candidates who require your attention and thorough care. More about SLA traffic light here.
If you prefer filtering based on tags, use the "Tags" filter for easy and efficient searching for candidates with specific characteristics.
